I like the effort that you put into editing the video (such as inserting of BGM, photos to support your examples, and transitions), and I also think it is very good that you decided to include very specific examples from your internships including what worked out well and what could be improved.
However, I feel that you can try to improve your pronunciation, as well as to try to focus more on the camera when you are speaking. Overall, I think that this video is very well done.

I liked that you added photos to better elaborate your points, i also think that in terms of organization, you crafted a story which was easy to follow and understand from the introduction, main points to the summary.
